What are The Benefits of Divine Dining?

Divine Dining is a conscious way to transform your mealtime. By working with Mindfulness, Meditation, Affirmations, and Crystals; you will be guided to be more conscious and aware of your eating.

The Divine Dining Program taught me to sit and relax while eating and to savor my food instead of rushing through a meal. I was often guilty of leaving the table mid-meal to write a note or put something away. Now I have been treating each meal as a sensory experience.”

Many people ask me how Divine Dining can help them.

There are many benefits to this program and I’m so passionate about helping people to make positive choices in their lives and that includes incorporating a mindfulness practice into the act of eating.

This is not a diet, but a supreme act of self-love- by teaching us to be kinder to ourselves

Chewing completely and thoroughly before you even swallow will help to stir the digestive juices.

 

~Encourages you to be in full control of WHAT you eat, (making healthy choices); WHEN you eat (noting times of day, between meals, etc) and WHY you eat (watch for emotional eating).
